Through the Project Zero Incubator, new business ideas and early start-ups who have a vision to turn waste materials into new products will have the opportunity to create their business plans, learn business operation fundamentals and entrepreneurial skills, connect with mentors, and develop a pitch for the business idea.


The incubator program will run from April to November 2020. Sessions will take place on a monthly basis in Victoria, BC. During the eight month program ventures will receive support to launch their business and contribute to a greener economy. The program is free for all successful applicants.


The top applicants will be invited to participate in the eight month incubator program. Applicants will be notified in mid-March about their application status. Applications must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, February 21st. Applications should be submitted via email to


  • Entrepreneur is based on Vancouver Island 

  • Entrepreneur is planning to develop organization on Vancouver Island 

  • Entrepreneur's business idea has made under $500,000 in revenue 


  • Applications open: December 16, 2019

  • Applications close: February 21, 2020 at 4:00 pm 

  • Program time frame: April to November 2020
